Y’all, this place is amazing! My experience in the beginning wasn’t so great as the dress I said “yes” to was no longer available (after my purchase). I had to “settle” for the same dress off the rack, in the store & it was 3 sizes too big!!!!! The alterations dept went to work immediately on my very big dress, assuring me they would make it look exactly like I wanted! After 3 fittings & many years shed, I finally got to bring my dress home with me & it fits perfectly!!!!! THANK YOU David’s Bridal in Frisco, TEXAS....from the Manager, to the Sales Team (Alex), to the AMAZING alterations department for finally putting a smile on my face, seeing all the hard work each of you put in just for me & my wedding gown! I am very grateful!!!!!

Bridal stores are scary enough for dudes, and as the picture below shows... lol I was lost and afraid. But this amazing person there named Cody helped me find the right information I needed for my awesome bride to be. I would highly recommend this location purely for Cody whom was very kind, patient and informative from the start. If I could give 10 stars I would! Cody made the overall experience great, and my fiance is absolutely happy with her dress selection. Highly highly highly recommend this place!
After two bridal appointments at other boutiques with no luck, we decided to call David’s Bridal to see if they had any last minute availability. Luckily they did! They were very friendly on the phone and made me feel welcome to their location. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by an employee and briefed on what to expect at the appointment. Shortly afterwards the store manager came to say hi and introduced us to our bridal consultant Savannah! Savannah treated our family like we were her own and quickly picked up on the wedding vibe I was envisioning as well as my likes and dislikes. She was able to work with my family to find the dress of my dreams! But the fun didn’t stop there. Savannah was even able to fit me in to alterations, ultimately saving me an extra trip! My alterations specialist was very knowledgeable in the scope of work and I feel confident trusting her with making my perfect dress even more perfect! David’s Bridal Frisco, thank you for the experience of a lifetime!
Didn’t end up getting my alterations done here, but I still had a good experience and really appreciated their help! My wedding rehearsal dress needed more alterations than I was expecting. It looked great with everything pinned but I couldn’t pay twice the price of the dress for alterations. Will be returning that dress and finding a completely new one!
Went to David Bridal Frisco’s year end sale and Cody Dilbeck found my perfect dress!!! I couldn’t of found it myself, she was absolutely amazing and listened to what is was thinking of. Then I went back and Savannah Groves helped me pick out my vail and accessories, she really knew what I was envisioning and made the big picture come together. Thank you ladies! I’m so excited to walk down the aisle!
