FANTASTIC SERVICE! After blowing an outlet, we contacted Frisco Electric and spoke to Vanessa who immediately addressed our concerns. She gave us an estimate of charges and told us she could have someone to our home in McKinney in 20 minutes. William, our technician, arrived right on time and wearing a mask. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the outlet in a timely manner. What a wonderful experience. He was very professional sharing his knowledge. In one hour we went from a blown outlet to a new one at the cost we were quoted. Frisco Electric will be our stand-by company if we ever need electrical services in the future! Thank y’all so much.

We love Frisco Electric. When I called I spoke with Vanessa. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. She set up my appointment with William. William came out to my house on time and did an amazing job adding an electrical outlet above my fireplace. He was extremely friendly and efficient. We could not be happier with the quality of his work. My wife and I would highly recommend Frisco Electric to anyone!
Frisco Electric was fantastic. My wife and I had an issue with our garage lights and Vanessa was very helpful in not only providing pricing and solutions online, but in suggested an override to LED for our fluorescent system at an incredibly reasonable price. Kevin came out next day and had our repair complete in less than 30 minutes with great quality. I can’t suggest this company enough and will be calling them for any future repair needs!
Fantastic experience using Frisco Electric. I needed a 220v outlet installed in my garage for my table saw, and also needed my table saw re-wired for 220 as the standard 110 kept tripping my breaker. Vanessa helped set up an appointment and William came out, on time, and was able to take care of me. He went above and beyond in ensuring my table saw was wired correctly and safely, and did a great job adding the wall outlet. While he was here, my wife asked if we could move another wall switch inside the house. William was able to provide a quick quote and perform the work while he was here. He did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend using Frisco Electric! Ask for William!
I appreciate the awesome service from both William and Vanessa. When I spoke with Vanessa she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Really appreciate all of her help, making sure I understood the cost and process, and working with me to schedule a time that fit my needs. When William arrived to install the fixtures he was friendly and professional, on time, understood exactly what needed to be done and did a great job. His high level of workmanship and attention to detail showed throughout the process. I definitely would want to work with both again, and expect to continue working with the great staff at Frisco Electric when I need an electrician.
