Great selection of Materials, Great Employees, Quality work. We have been there on several different occasions getting things from super soil and gravel to garden decor, the staff is very helpful and nice, their Materials are very good quality. I would very much recommend this company!

Called on 03/27/21 and got a quote for a roll of pine straw and was given a price of 10.00 per roll. On 03/30/21 I got my trailer back and after arriving told them I needed 25 rolls and before loading I verified price and a girl at the desk stated it would be 15.00 a roll. I explained that I called and was given a price for for 10.00 and that I could purchase at Ace Hardware for 10.79 a roll. The girl told me that I must have talked to one of their drivers and should have talked to one them for correct price. I told her, how was I supposed to know who I talked with. All I knew it was someone who represented the company. I told her I would go to Ace and purchase it there cause that would cost me a hundred dollars less for same product. I let her know that I would have not wasted the gas and time if I knew how much it cost. I know I will not make any further purchases or recommend them. This is a perfect example of poor business practices and customer service.

Edit: I just had a great chat with the owner Zeb. They would have only giver her a name, so this poor service is no actual reflection on Froggy Bottom. But, now Zeb is going to call mom and see what he can do to make things right. Thank You! It is frustrating to see my mom sit and wait several days for someone to show up for an appointment and then they totally skip on her. I am probably a bit too protective, but just want her to have the beautiful yard that she wants so badly. Original Note: My mother has been given several dates that the landscaper would show up in the last 2 weeks, and she even stopped by this past Saturday to get a new date, which was this past Monday. No one has showed up, 4 days she was told they would come. She is now moving on to try to find another landscaper. She was super excited to have someone come and help her and equally disappointed that no one ever came.

Last minute need for soil and they delivered that day! Also driver gave great suggestions on dumping in multiple areas to help minimize workload! ( great knowledgable and friendly staff). Thanks and Will use and recommend again.

I called to order some top soil and everyone was so nice and helpful. Order was delivered on a Monday and the driver was very nice and a pleasure to talk with. My down fall was that when I started to spread the dirt I kept saying that this is not top soil. I eventually, called the office and stated my concern. I said that my top soil looks like clay or select back field dirt. I was told that it is clay, and the female on the phone said that she would call me back at 7 o’clock so that her husband could talk to me about what is needed for me to get grass to grow in clay. Now 2-3 weeks later I’m still waiting for that call and grass to grow. I was given the option to order more CLAY only difference is that it would be mixed with sand, and I would be charged another purchase and delivery charge. You should make it CLEAR to the buyer that you sell clay and NOT TOP SOIL So I would say buyer beware and purchase at your own risk, because you may not get what you ordered!!!

Got my material and finish my project in and hour. Hopefully they will get some tire shredding soon. They last longer than wood chips or pine straw.
