will not pick up the phone when you call
Every time I try to do my school work or play on my xbox my wifi turns off and it can barely handle rain
So after calling them and telling them that my service keeps going in and out and I have to keep refreshing my wifi box then put me on hold for more then a hour and keep sending me to another person they put me on hold again and they hang up and they dont call me back. It's been 3 months and it still does the same thing I'm tired and frustrated with them. Everyday I wake up my wifi is not working and
Frontier has the worst internet in the region, EVERY time I need to connect I have to reset the router, losses connection 4 to 8 times a day, terrible customer service, it is always my fault for their equipment
