I give them 1 star because of their refusal to provide me with the info my insurance requires for me to be reimbursed the 200 I paid out to Frontline and the attitude I got when I called to request it. In January (MLK Birthday) I was extremely ill, so I went to Frontline ER to get a RAPID COVID TEST. They had me stand outside in the cold and complete a form on a clipboard. I stood out there until they came out and told me they were having a problem running my insurance through, if I wanted the test I would have to pay out of pocket. I agreed to pay the 200; they had me sign a paper, which I understood it to say they would not be sending in a claim to my insurance. When I asked if I understood it right, they confirmed it. I paid for the test, was given my receipt and told to get in line in my car. They came out and swabbed me and not 10 minutes later they came out with my positive result on a printout. They seemed very nice and efficient at the time. Since then, I have been trying to get reimbursed by my insurance which they have agreed to do; however when I was completing the claim form, it asks for the providers Tax ID and the CPT code (for diagnosis). It is not on the papers Frontline provided and when I called to obtain this information, they REFUSED to provide it. They are telling me the paper they had me sign told me they would not provide that info since I paid out of pocket. They don't want to provide the info because they charge less for out of pocket testing than they do the insurance companies. They knew I was going to request reimbursement because I told them I was, when they told me they couldn't get my insurance to go through. They are scamming people into paying cash for the rapid test. I guess I should be glad they didn't charge my insurance or I would be a lot more out of pocket. (going by others reviews)

They are stealing the money. They did not provide the information so I can get the money of my COVID test back. But they are telling that we told you that the condition of the test, but you did not!!!! I told that I will get the reimbursement!!

WOW! This team here were polite, efficient, and calming. I was going into anaphylactic shock for the first time and was very scared. They fixed me right up and made me feel comfortable. Even gave me some snacks . I would suggest this place to anybody.

I visited the Dallas frontline medical center for a health emergency, all the people who attended me were very formal, excellent professionals especially gizelle, Tomas, Dr Stacks, and 10 stars for the radiologist Jaime, his knowledge and excellent service, I recommend This clinic, my doubts all resolved by them.

Medical emergencies are not fun especially on a holiday! I woke up Thanksgiving needing medical attention. Since it was a holiday, my doctor’s office and urgent cares were closed. I’m so thankful that Frontline was open. The staff was so nice and sympathetic. They handled the COVID testing and ER patients with great care. My nurse was so amazing. So grateful for the staff!

I cannot say enough good things about Frontline ER. The staff was extremely friendly and competent. Given that I went right before Christmas the line was wrapped around the building. Everybody involved in the process moved us through as quickly and efficiently as possible. These times with COVID are uncertain and things in the medical field seem to change on a daily basis. I am proud to have been served by these professionals and am grateful for all they do.

I went for COID-19 rapid testing and the wait was VERY reasonable if not short (compared to most other places I’ve been). The staff was knowledgeable and very efficient processing my information and then getting me in a room for testing. I would HIGHLY recommend.
