Michael is really prompt on replying msg and text after I requested the service in his website. He even asked me to record a video so he'd hear what the noise from to pinpoint the problem at. Since my treadmill is 5 years old, he suggested I replacing the belt. He balanced the new belt and adjusted the front roller where the noise from. Its like a brand one again. I will definitely recommend Michael's service to family and friends

I strongly recommend Michael for any treadmill service. I called him about my squeaking loudly treadmill. He first asked me recoded a video and then give me a very fair quote for trip and diagnose fee. He arrived on time. After checking, he offered me a very reasonable price to fix it. He fixed the squeaking problem professionally. Then he offer me to make a good maintenance to protect the treadmill. I thought he will charge me for the maintenance. To my surprise, he told me it was free. Initially, I only want to fix the one that I am running every day. After seeing his great service, I decide to repair my older one, which has not been used for many years, with the same squeaking problem. He resolved the problem very quickly. I thought he would charge the same price as the first one. But, but, really to my surprise, he did not charge anything for the second one. I can't even believe my ear. Greatly appreciate your service, Michael. I will look for your service for any of the treadmill problem in future, for ever.
