EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I brought our copier in for repair from our office in western Oklahoma on a Friday morning. It is extremely heavy and they carried in for me. Within about 30 minutes they called me to tell me the estimated cost for repair which I felt was reasonable. I told them to proceed with the repair and asked when it might be finished. They said they could get it done that day, and in fact called me about 1.5 hours later to tell me it was ready to go! When I picked it up they put it in my car for me. I was shocked at how quickly they repaired our copier. It meant a lot that I did not have to make another 2 hour trip to pick it up. Kudos to Ron!

I have used Fuzzells for purchase/service of my small business copiers since 2008. Sadly, their customer service has declined dramatically in the last three years. One recent issue has me researching other options for a maintenance contract. Save yourself a headache, don’t bother.

Our printer crashed in the middle of printing 1099's and I called Fuzzells just because I saw them in the yellow pages. The lady that answered the phone was awesome and I tried to explain the part that was clearly broken. A few hours later a guy came in carrying the exact part I was explaining and within an hour or so the machine was fixed, clean, and running perfectly. Awesome awesome people and if I ever have any other machine failures I'm definitely calling Fuzzells!!!
