Have repeatedly broken our garbage cans and thrown away our lids due to carelessness and the customer service when trying to contact their office is HORRIBLE!!! Rude workers/employees who do not want to take responsibility for their actions/company and when trying to explain a situation to them, they tell you to send an email to them because they cannot help you over the phone or respond with “how do I know your telling the truth and this really happened” and “go file a police report”. Terrible service and attitude from everyone all around!!
Hands down best dumpster rental...pleasant responsive and accommodating and by far the best pricing around...will definitely be using them again and highly recommended if you need a dumpster...
Good experience, quick in and out as long as you get there EARLY. I got there 6:30 am and was on my way out by 7:10. Go after 7:30-8 and you'll be there at least an hour.
