I will find another BMV to deal with my business will not go back there the employees were rude and act like they had control over you I didn't know my ZIP code off hand thought they would set me to get picked zip code was wrong I had to go back stand back in line lady told me I had to pay again since I missed the ZIP code up that was upsetting then after an hour back and forth I left to go to work they called me on my cell phone to asked me to come back said the pic or something didn't go right I don't understand why don't they do their job Place wasn't clean are sanitized and didn't see anybody doing it at all with so many people running in and out worst BMV ever I think. Plus this is my first ever bad review I'm really easy and understanding going but this place is totally wrong

Quick and painless while remaining Covid safe. Extremely impressed. The woman (I didn’t get her name) assisting with vehicle titling; was WONDERFUL!
Clerks here are EXTREMELY rude. I was appalled at the way they patronized and chastised other people when I was in there and furious with the way I was treated. When asking a question about the federal id, I was told, and I quote, "it isn't our job to know these things. Do your research; we are too busy for questions. I'm terminating your process and getting someone else, goodbye." Go to bexley or Westerville.
This facility is as well run as any service facility I've attended. 30 minutes to renew my license, people are friendly and efficient.
Does not accept the online check in process!! Staff was very rude and aggressive in communicating that as well. If you want to check in online go to another bmv!
It didn't take me long to complete my business. The people were very helpful.
Nice staff.... excellent service.
Bring a book, you will be in line for hours! Literally go anywhere else in Columbus for faster service
