My parents and I came into the store to look for a scooter for me. One of the employees named Ted helped us right away and was extremely nice and answered all of our questions...and we had a lot of them. We talked for a while and ended up getting a brand new scooter that I absolutely love!! On the way home, we had some issues and I called the store and talked to Ted and he came out and helped us right away. I would also like to mention that they close at 4:00pm and Ted was helping us way past that time, until about 5:30pm. Not only Ted, but the other employees were super nice and helpful! The customer service that my family and I received from this store was outstanding and they deserve all the credit they can get!!! They are definitely 5/5 stars! I will always recommend this store over any other scooter place. Prices were very reasonable as well and good quality scooters! My experience here was amazing and I will be coming back in the future! These guys are awesome!!

Purchased my scooter from here five years ago. Ever since then, they’ve been incredibly helpful every time that my scooter may need some work. The staff are friendly, eager to help and really explain the issue so that I could understand what’s going on. Definitely consider purchasing from them if you need a scooter!!
