Prior to training at The Foundry, I attended another jiu jitsu school in the area. The difference was night and day. The level of instruction at The Foundry is top notch. The proof is in their accolades. This school is home to world class jiu jitsu competitors (refer to their trophies/medals). If you’re interested in obtaining the best level of instruction in the area, look no further than The Foundry. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants the best jiu jitsu in Montgomery County.

Before I started at Foundry, I’d never done any martial arts before. It didn’t take long before I was hooked. The instruction is GREAT and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Also a huge bonus: the ladies program is awesome and there are many female training partners. I can’t recommend Foundry enough!
