Order pickup was for 2:00pm. I showed up at 1:58pm and was told food is not ready because I'm early...long story short my food was ready at 2:20. I think they hadn't started my online order. They should have been honest...I ordered ahead to avoid the wait. The food was okay, the chicken pupusa was the tastiest. I didn't like the packaging of the pupusas on top of each other, got too soggy for my preference

Took me 20 calls to have someone pick up and once they did they pretended to not understand what I was saying and hung up. I decided to go park in front of the restaurant and call again just to see that the restaurant was empty and the employees were all just there chismoseando. Like what? Does the boss not care that they're making him lose customers?? Then I went in to order at 8:50, they close at 10 and they tell me I can't order because it's closed yet the door is wide open?? This place is a joke even if the pupusas are good.
