We had a special exterior window repair on an old house and the solutions presented were terrific. Max really knew his stuff. There was also a minor fence replacement and that was done too very quickly. They guarantee their work for a year they say.

The technician arrived on time. He moved all of our window air conditioners to the garage, installed a new toilet, and installed a water supply for a new refrigerator. He worked quickly and offered suggestions for more improvements to consider. We will have him back soon.

The handyman was excellent and did a great job. My only complaint would be due to the nature of the business, in that they don't know how long a project will take. As a result they can't guarantee they will get to you if you are not the first appointment of the day. I waited and was informed that he would not be able to get to my house that day. My appointment had to be rescheduled.

Sean, the assigned technician, was GREAT—kind, friendly, never even paused working on what turned out to be a much bigger job than it seemed. The rate charged though was higher than I’d been quoted, which is not on him. I’d appreciate a call from your Billing Dept. on this.
