I had to take my mother to this location on Saturday Morning around 9:45am on 2/20/21 the weather was very cold about 22 Fahrenheit. MVA had a group of people with my mom as well, all had scheduled appointments online because of the Coronavirus standing outside close to an hour. Very unprofessional location this place has food trucks parked on the street, from the looks of it section 8 apartments right across the street from this location. The staff that works at this location is very unprofessional. Definitely pick another MVA location because this place is terrible.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. How is it possible that you have to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance and when you go to the appointment you have to stand outside in the 93 degree sun for an hour?

I had appointments yesterday morning to do my driver's license, registration and title. I have to say that I dreaded going, as I could visualize myself standing outside in cold weather for several hours. However, I didn't have to wait beyond the temp check at the entrance! The gentleman at the driver's license desk, Ismail, was friendly and patient. I had only a short wait in between driver's license and title/registration area. Everything was done efficiently and I was finished in an hour. I was very pleased by all the staff's kindness. Thank you!

Used the self emissions kiosk worked pretty good but I had to use a different credit card because it didn't scan correctly takes about 4 minutes from beginning to end. The wait to get to the kiosk took 30 minutes because of the long line. I would definitely use it again I think it's the future of MVA self-service.

Absolutely asinine . There is no communication between employees and stations within the building. Being sent from line to line back and forth only to end up where we started to simply provide documentation to verify citizenship status. Gina in line 25 can suck ma. I now understand why people go postal.
