Thank you Galusha Farms for the high quality hay and the chopped straw bedding. I get twice as much out of a single bag of straw bedding when compared to regular wood shavings. They offer top quality products with the knowledge and years of experience to back them up!!

Tried round bales of hay for the first time from Galusha Farm and was Very Happy with the Great Quality of Hay. Horses Love it and their body conditions improved which tells me the hay is meeting nutritional needs and I’ll need less supplements soon. Hay is very easy to put in my HayWeyer hay nets to minimize waste & Galusha’s service is Excellent. Steve discusses your horses hay needs to determine best mix for your herd, has hay analysis available, holds what you need in dry storage and delivers quickly & I’m glad to buy local!

I just went on a small tour of the farm. Great quality hays and even better, great customer assistance. Steve is very knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find the best mix of hay for our horses. I also tried the Superior Straw bedding they sell and it’s fantastic. Super soft and instantly reduced the odors. I’ve always been a wood shaving user and I’m sold on the shredded clean dust free straw of Superior Straw! Thanks so much Galusha Farms and Steve!!

Superior Straw is the perfect name for this hard-working super lightweight bedding. The fork slips into and out of the straw with ease. Since my time is precious. I work full time and need to clean ASAP whether its running our small farmette like ours or a large facility. Natural, Lightweight, chushy and softer plus airy/ventilated [meaning it does not stick to each strand and no more back aches] for a speedy muck-up. EZ /faster “apple-picking” . I am sure our livestock also appreciate its freshness.

This is my second year feeding Galusha farm Hay. I have nothing but good to say about the hay and the people that work there. They really stand behind their product. My horses have to work hard throughout the year at competitions and need to stay in top shape to compete and I have to say their performance is excellent since feeding Galusha hay. They lick it all up, there is nothing left and I do not use hay bags or feeders in their stalls. I am very picky about my hay and it was a little strange to just have someone else pick hay for me but I am very happy I trusted Steve to do so. Couldn’t be happier. I am trying to create more space so I can get all my hay needs filled by Galusha. Steve is a pleasure to work with, so are his workers. Thank you Galusha farms!!!
