Horrible customer service! A customer walks into to store to drop off an overnight package. Walks over to the counter to ask if there is an overnight pickup bin, the man on the counter got short with her and insulted her by saying there must be thin air in her brain. There was only one sign that said, Ground. So, I think it was a legitimate question. The customer even apologized if she had misread the sign. It was just plain rude...

Struggling through one of two front doors with a 50lb box while a black man (apparently the owner)stood aside and watched me struggle without offerring lending a hand or even helping w the door that was closing all on me. All the while he was mouthing off telling me I wasnt holding the door right. Apparently he hadnt noticed both my hands were busy struggling carrying a heavy 50 lb box. I managed to muscle the Box through the second door while he was still just standing there mouthing off. After straining/ pulling my back out, I finally managed to muscle the box the counter to be told that he did not provide the FedEx service that I needed. I later found out he was lying & was giving me a hard time. I was clearly frustrated about hurting my back, not to mention his extreme lack of gentleman like manners. I then had to muscle that package back out the two doors and back into my car again without the courtesy of anybody trying to open the door or even lifting a finger to make it easier. Honestly, I feel like I was discriminated against. They sit there and scream about how they are discriminated against when I've been discriminated against by them all my life! This is just another prime example of that. Do yourself a favor & don't do business with this JERK. Apparently, he doesn't like whites and has NO manners. I don't think he deserves the hard earned money we work our butts off for. This is the difference between humans and animals people. It's a thing called common courtesy.

Better than the post office. All you have to do is know what you want to do and the rest .. help will be there. Cool company
