This store does not offer the same prices as other Pier 1 imports not the online prices. I ordered 2 lanterns and needed to exchange 1 for a different color. They couldn’t do a 1-for-1 swap, so it was going to cost me more while online had 25% off and this store was only giving 10% off.

I ordered some chairs online. The sale was good and pick up was easy. The staff was also quite nice. I dont normally shop here but I was happy with the product and the pick up process
Great merchandise but prices are little to high.
Store personnel are friendly, helpful and have great ideas to help you pull your decor ideas together.
Just called up there and the lady told me it would take too long for her to check the largest rug they have in stock. She said they are having a sale and it would be too much for her to do. Fortunately I use to work at a Pier One and this is not Great Customer Service. They should be mindful of what they say because you never know whose listening.

I have nothing but good to say about this store - both managers I've met, Jasmine and Ashley (I hope I got her name correctly) are fantastic, they always want to help, they do not make you buy however help you choose and it makes both myself and my wife want to visit this store more and more! Thank you for doing such a great job, ladies, you rock!
Let me begin by saying, I love Pier 1. However, this store, in particular, needs to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The manager of this location is an older lady who seems very unhappy in her personal life and brings her troubles to the store. She is very unfriendly, hates customers who ask for assistance. I was trying to buy a table from them and one of the guys who worked there was helping me lift it out the door. She walked to the guy and told him to let me lift it alone in case it gets scratched. I would not recommend for anyone to go to this location and deal with this lady. Go to the location in Pasadena or Columbia instead. Hopefully, they will greet you with a smile, because I promise, this old lady won't.
