This is absolutely the best game - video and RPG - store in the area. GameTraders arrived in Spring Hill a few years back. I discovered it pretty quickly and have been a regular customer for much of that time. I play mostly RPGs (D&D 5E, etc.) Over time, the store increased its stock of books, minis and other supplies to fully support my gaming addiction. When I stopped in today, I saw several full racks of books, plus many shelves and cases of miniatures, used gaming books and more. Every time I've been in, the staff have been very friendly and more than willing to help find what I need. Even more importantly, the crew has been extremely helpful to my wife and minor son who have been in looking for gifts or things for their own gaming needs. I've been to some stores that dismiss women shoppers, but this is not one of those. The store also hosts a large number of D&D, Warhammer and MtG games throughout the week. Understandably, these have been curtailed during the COVID-19 pandemic. I look forward to getting back into a game when things start up again. In addition to the RPG stuff, the store has a huge selection of MtG and Warhammer supplies. Plus, its video game library is immense. I've tried the big-name chain before, but the selection and pricing here is far better! I highly recommend GameTraders.
Awful customer service. Worker there literally has zero customer service skills. Worker / owner whatever told me \go take a look at some games or something\ when I stated I was there to purchase a console. Also, nice gamestop colors on your sign dude.. seriously work on how you talk to people. It leaves an impression.
I came by at 6 o’clock and the lights were on but the doors were locked. And now came by at 6:40 and all the lights are off and no sign on the door of why they close before 8 o’clock. Do you need better communication
Large variety, and not just video games. This store has games for just about every system ever made. There is a large variety of titles for each one, vintage to modern. There are also a large variety of TCG games. Most notably: MTG, Final Fantasy, and Pokemon. There is also a room in the back for playing games. Individual cards and common packs are fairly priced, and the staff has always been attentive.
