These techs will always finger point to everyone else even when 100% of the time the issue has been theirs to support. We have them supporting our company's phones. Not only will you get tons of push-back, but they follow the micro-manage habits of calling tech support - they blame everything on your antivirus and send you off to McAfee for issues that McAfee would have no ability to address/fix. Stay away from this company for support - don't get sucked into a contract with them. Suggesting my company to get rid of them as soon as the contract ends. You are better off figuring out this archaic software anyways.
