Worst customer service I had ever had I order a tool in-store was told it would take 7 days MAX it's been over a MONTH never got the tool after the 7 days I just asked for my money back and was told they couldn't give me my money back until the tool comes into the store after the 7 days, they would just tell me the same thing it will be here tommorow or it might be in the delivery truck and over a month and all of a sudden today they finally gave me my money back and the tool NEVER CAME in and found out that it was canceled 2 weeks ago by who knows who and was never given my money until today FINALLY ***FOR ALL THE PLUMMERS/PIPE FITTER DON'T ORDER RIDGID TOOLS FROM HOMEDEPO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON HOMEDEPO THERE IS A FERGUSON DOWN THE STREET AND THEY HAVE THE TOOLS YOU NEED***
