Key broke in the keyhole of the dead bolt of my front door. Went to Home Depot to buy a new dead bolt lock set, but they only sold it as part of a 135 set. When I asked the sales associate for help, he told me that I could probably order the lock set I needed online. I thanked him, left the store, and headed to Ace Hardware. Ace told me to bring in my lock so that they could remove the broken key from inside the keyhole of the lock, which they did, and after that, I reassembled my lock set which was good as new. Home Depot personnel need better training, and could learn from Ace Hardware.
