This location, in my opinion, has the worst customer service. Not on the management level. I write this because I had an incident back in December and the manager went way beyond the call of duty. This Two Star rating is directed at the Home Depot team members on the floor - the front line team members. They hide as to make sure a customer is unable to locate them to ask for assistance. However, when they do see you, without uttering one word, they walk right by you. You pretty much have to chase them down for assistance on how to spend Your Money. This location has been this way for years. I only visit occasionally to check out the Garden Center. I figured that I don't need help picking out plants. Good Grief...

I went in for mulch the outside garden cashier told me in order to get my mulch for the corral I would have to purchase at least ten bags.

Called if they have particular plant that I'm looking for... gave the name and description but instead of telling me that she would check, she told me that I have to come in and see if they have it. I live about 35 minutes away and not easy to go there just for a plant. Discouraged that she won't even attempt to check if they have the plant.
