Home Depot is a joke compared to the way it used to be years ago. Cannot get help, associates should ask customers if they can assist them instead of avoiding eye contact. Seems like all they hire now is minimum wage workers who don't know anything. They need to change their advertisements from "We Can Help" to We Don't Know anything so don't ask for help".
We couldn't get help even after asking at the customer service desk. Luckily another customer was willing to assist
The store is well kept and clean, easy to find what you need. The staff is very friendly, and if you can't find what you need, there is staff nearby to help you out! Great place to shop for my garden plants and essentials!
Home Depot Ellicott City I waited 45 minutes to have someone cut and wrap Christmas tree no one ever showed up
Great selection of just about anything you need to fix things at your home.
Believe it or not. I got most everything what I needed from this my local store. I do have a great shopping experiences and visiting this store like at least 3 days a week for my house or vegetable garden.
