They are all about safety. Wouldn't let anyone into the building.had to call and talk to the clerk to ask about my lumber from outside the door....but inside no one had on masks ...go figure...however they were nice people and knowledgeable even if they didn't have any thing I wanted. Or anything thing in stock...nice people wasted trip..

Rude, not helpful, bad business ethics. What business doesn’t do a return, had my original receipt, extra merchandise (brackets) in original shape and “guy” at the front was not helpful at all. Just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s... same lack of basic customer service for the most part there as well with all the young kids they got working there but at least it’s cheaper and better lumber.
