My visit to this warehouse was awesome. My sales associate was very nice and patient with us. Spending a whole 4 hours with us and helping us pick out the right items for our new home. What an operation. The customer service is unmatched. Typically at these places you come in and find things yourself and ask questions if you have them. From Chase who came right up to ask us for help to Ron who almost turned into our personal tour guide, we felt well taken care of today and we will certainly be back. Loved this experience. And the prices are soooooo right.

We just walked in for the first time and hour before close on Saturday. There were so many people working that there was always someone right there to help us. Plus every employee seemed genuinely happy to be there, smiles on their faces asking if they can help. Multiple employees acknowledged our 15 month old son too and tried to make him smile or giggle. It was really sweet. Prices were around the same or less than what we've seen at other surplus stores. This place is far from our home, but we will buy from them over the other stores simply because of the employees.
