Our server Karla was so friendly! She alone made our experience worth it. The place was very nice as well and our food came out very quickly. They didn't even get upset when we had to tell them our youngest colored on the wall a little bit. They told us it happens all the time and they had a way to get it off.

My husband and I had an early dinner at Olive Garden. We had a friendly server named Cole. Our meals were delicious! Generous portions with lots to take home. We were seated far away from anyone else and all members of staff wore masks! Definitely recommend! Cole made our visit fun And pleasant!

I expected changes when visiting the chain for the first time since the pandemic started: reduced capacity/tables, plexiglass, hand sanitizer strewn about but- other than a simplified menu in which portions and quality have gone significantly down- it was like COVID never happened at all. The building was overcrowded, every table full, and our waiter must have had so many tables and guest that he stopped by just twice our entire meal. He got our order 20 minutes after we were sat and delivered our soup and salad. Our food was mediocre and our cups sat empty for the majority of the meal. Eventually it was just easier to pay the little table computer and walk away. Next time I'll keep a few more dollars in my pocket (and out of this chain's) and just heat up a Stouffer's lasagna- same quality, better service.

Good food. Curbside pickup in the rain. Good service. They fixed one order they left out and brought it within 15 min and included an extra salad that comes with every order. Bought food for pickup here for our annual holiday work lunch.
