I visit this store store quite often. I enjoy doing business with a well organized establishment where I can have a positive interaction with the employees. If I ever have any questions they are a great help with pointing me in the right direction. As a contractor I prefer to visit small local businesses for a more personable experience. The prices are very reasonable and for the most part, I always find what I need. The only negative experiences I’ve had so far have been with the manager. His level of unprofessionalism is unlike any other I’ve done business with. I visited the store on August 3rd and asked for help. He turned away and rudely ordered one of his employees to help me. I later heard him demanding someone to go and buy him a coke. Talk about being on a power trip.

Overpriced merchandise that you can get at Lowe's, Home Depot, Amazon, etc for 20% or more less. This is someone that just wants to be in business. Unless they are giving contractor discounts behind the counter, don't stop here just to buy. OEM warranties are only as good as the owner.
