This gem is worth the drive. Amazing animals and great staff. Finally a concrete free zoo. Zoo is in the woods and looks more natural. Kids will love it. Kinda small but you can make a half day out of it for sure. Thanks for having an amazing zoo. Totally impressed, great work.

Thank you so much for an amazing time Garlyn Zoo Wildlife park staff! Mary and the lady in the store were so nice! We were able to make the true experience with the lemir feeding and watching the carnivors being fed. The staff was willing to wait for us to return from the restroom before feeding the carnivores so we would not miss out. Wonderful zoo with more animal interactions than any other I have been to. Highly recommend this was my second time going and the new additions are wonderful. Amazing staff very kind, welcoming, and friendly!
This was a great UP discovery. It had a wide variety of animals and reptiles from across the globe. Plus the kids were allowed to feed some of the animals. Our daughter loved the experience. As well the exhibits were within reasonable walking distance for people of all ages including little children. The walking paths were well shaded and the wildlife was well cared for. I would highly recommend you make this a UP stopping point.
Was very surprised to learn about a zoo in the U.P. so naturally, had to check it out. Super cute, small zoo with a handful of your favorite zoo animals and free range birds everywhere. It's always fun when you can feed some of the animals. Highly recommend
This was amazing experience for our family. Kids loved being up close with so many animals. Strongly recommend!
