Bought a used 50g excavator from Jesse Pfohl. Great to work with from beginning to end of the purchase process. Up front and honest. Thank you!

If you’re looking for a great place to serve the Forestry, Ag, or Construction Industries James River Equipment has got you covered. Every employee treats the customer as if it were their own family and not just 1 department either!! The Sales, Parts, and the Service/Rental departments all are top notch!!! James River Equipment (Four Rivers Equipment out west) has in shop repairs from basic PM Services all the way to replacing engines, transmissions, operator cabs and complete in frame rebuilds for certain products. The field technicians will do whatever they can in the field to minimize downtime as we all know downtime is lost revenue!!!

I can only speak about parts sales. Seems they answer phones, walk ins and pick your order from the warehouse and still manage to get customers needs taken care of in a timely manner is all you can ask for.

The folks upfront at the parts counter are fantastic! Quick in and out with the parts I need and I deal with knowledgeable professionals who understand me when I show a picture of a part that I don't know the name of. Jamie and Daniel are 2 of the best in the business when it comes to equipment parts.

Sad how management treat their employees especially after they commit to working for their company through the John Deere program at Wake Tech. Community college. Which is a awesome program! But being a parent and watching what my adult son went through I wouldn’t recommend their company at all! After 6 years of hard work and higher management not doing anything about it, I’m glad he finally left the company.
