Why will no one call us back. Everything went well when we first contacted them and was told when the house was in to give them a call for them to get the tank in and lines run. House has been here almost 2 weeks and called several times to be told “We will have a Service Technician call you” and we get nothing. This is the last thing that needs done for us to get approval to move in.

We sure miss S & S. I've had better luck with the Garnett office rather than the Emporia office. They tend to offer different contract prices to different people. My mom, Uncle and Aunt, and my brother all live within 3 miles of each other and different prices are offered to each; ours is always the highest, so every year I have to call and renegotiate prices. Propane prices are stupid cheap right now, so they are making a bundle on contracts.
Completely rude to their customers!!! We have used this company for years and they have treated us poorly this week as we have lost a family member!! No courtesy at all!!!! We will never use them again
First off technician used a 21 year old code book when came out and refused to hook up our gas, after a month-and-a-half of us and the plumber going through and sending manufacturing specifications of csst and it's fittings to him he finally come out and hook us up 2 only use indoor appliance tubing to connect the regulator to the house and the tank to our polyline. Second issue, when confronted about their technician using indoor fittings and if he was coming to fix it or do we have to change it was unable to get anyone with the company to respond or answer our questions. The third issue was after we paid their invoice they sent us a second invoice stating they undercharged us and we had more to pay but were unable to pelaez what they undercharged us on
This company is a sham..they lost payment records we made of 500, 'forgot' to show up on a scheduled fill day December 8, 2017 that had been verified twice (we took off work to be home..after calling an hour after our scheduled time was missed they still didn't show up for 3 hours), and left us in the cold this week in a 34 degree home with no emergency fill pay options. Temperatures in our area this week were dangerously cold..well below zero, and for a company to not work with people in severe weather is just plain cruel and inhumane. We're questioning now whether we even got what we paid for since our propane ran out in one month..shady company with lousy communication and bookkeeping records. We're taking our business elsewhere.
