Very unprofessional attitude. I drove 35 minutes but the office was closed and she didn’t show up. She called me 5 minutes before the appointment and told me that she’ll be there in 5 minutes that She is dealing with some problem at her home. However, I waited 35 minutes for her to show up, She didn’t show up and stopped taking my calls too.

Ms Belinda you have the hands of a Goddess!!!! This was absolutely the best massage ever! Thank you so much for your hospitality and great conversation. I really enjoyed every minute!!!! Well definitely be coming back and referring everyone i know!!!!

After reading the reviews, the shocking behavior is consistent. Recently I looked at reviews because I wanted to try this location. I cant bring myself to schedule an appointment.

Don't do it. I made an appointment online and Belinda called to cancel. It took us back and forth a while to make a new appointment because of my tight work schedule. I came to the appointment and she WAS NOT THERE. Supposedly she was in hte ER with a spider bite. We made another appointment which was cancelled again. A 4th appointment was made and today she CANCELLED AGAIN. Belinda I was very flexible and polite to you the whole time so, no need to respond with a rude comment, an apology is in order. I hope you can keep your word in the future for the sake of your businesss. I am still pregnant, with a sore body and no MASSAGE.

Worse customer service ever!!!! First I had to make rearrangements because the time that I’d chosen for my appointment (which was available online) didn’t match their schedule (what?) so I changed the day with no issue, left my work earlier to make it to the appointment. It took me forever to find the location and I called TWICE to let them know that I was lost; none of the two times they picked up the phone. When I got to the place (finally found it) 12mins late for my appointment, they lady said I was late and the therapist had already left because they have a 15min wait time. So she even waited the remaining 3mins and then she said it was my fault for no calling! (WTH I called TWICEEE!!! and nobody picked up). It feels to me that they make it on purpose so you lose your appointment and they have an excuse to no give you your money back! I should’ve listened to the reviews here. On top of that the lady on the phone was yelling trying to make her point and hang up the phone while I was trying to explain. This is my first review ever because I really don’t take the time to do this but they really deserve to be rated so people know the type of service they are getting into.
