I had some questions regarding a change to my service. It was nice that they got back to me right away. I talked to the pick up staff also with further questions & they were very helpful also. They are a good company to deal with with a great staff. Thank you

Have paid for service twice now and no pickup. We have called and called and called and each time we do, they have no idea why the trash isn't being picked up. Finally, we called and said if it isn’t picked up by the next pickup day, we will be cancelling service.... well, they picked it up. And took the dumpster with them. Called and they had no idea why the driver did so. No resolution yet. I have never been this egregiously disappointed in a company before and now we’re out over 200 for a service we have not received.
So far have been here on the days specified and gets trash picked up really early. Not a bad price for a two person house hold. Good customer service Update 10-27-2020 We ended up cancelling our trash pickup as they upped the prices with out telling us and we got the run around. The next month after we called and cancelled they sent us a bill for the month we had no pick up. We called and cancelled again and they acted like we had never called. We continued to receive bills and late fee charges for months after stopping the service. In the end they stopped sending the bills for the services we never received. Changing from 5 star to 3 star
On Sunday night, we had an extremely windy night. When I got up in the morning and was on my way to work I noticed that most of the bins were knocked over. A couple of people having trash all over their yard. When I returned from work for lunch a Methvin sanitation driver was out in yards assisting with picking up the trash in yards. It made me happy to see someone taking such pride in their work and helping out the community in any way possible!
This company is absolutely terrible. I would never recommend them and If I could give them no stars I would. These guys made an announcement for the community saying throw out all of your excess big trash and they would pick it up when they didn't. Now I have a king sized bed laying in my yard,wet because these lazy people don't wanna work. Very very disappointing and dissatisfied with this company. Just wow.
