The 5 you pay gets you a coupon for 5 off your purchases so taste testing is basically free. My favorites were the coffee and jolly rancher flavors. Definitely worth the stop if you are in town. Across the way is the oldest distillery of moonshine in America. Well worth visiting.

Super upbeat and lively atmosphere ! During the taste testing the bar tender was funny, knowledgeable, and kept the area sanitized. My girlfriend and I enjoyed tasting samples of several moonshines, then found several jars to take home. Over all this is a must visit stop when visiting gatlinburg ! Don't miss out !
Me and my wife had a get away absolutely amazing experience! Great staff great selections! Highly recommend the black berry, and most favorite sour watermelon this stuff will get you in trouble really fast drink a whole jar and went back for more! Really wish they had all the flavors in store and not certain ones seasonal:( would really like to try some of the other ones! But overall absolutely great job ole Smokey’s!!!
Love me some Ole Smoky Moonshine. The manager, Bo, is one hell of a guy, will make your visit top of the chart. Shout out to our bartender Jamie as well. Nice chating and tasting guys. Thank youfor going above and beyond \just a job\ .
Definitely do the 5 tasting, you'll get the 5 towards your purchase if you buy anything. The price in store for the moonshine was closer to 20 or 25 (I think website says 33). The website says you'll taste 10 or 11 but in reality it was about 5.
