Everything you could possibly want: round pen, dressage arena, bleachers, stalls, and more. There's even a muck bucket and poop rake to cleanup, meaning the space is very clean. The staging area is wide open making for easy maneuvering for those who are still learning to backup the trailer.

Very clean and huge! Area is beautiful and as long as you are a local you shouldn't have any problems using the arena and thats only because it is maintained through an H.O.A.
