Dan Ciha and his team were simply amazing. His kindness, compassion, professionalism, and skill were so helpful for us in navigating such a difficult time. Not having to stress about the arrangements or presentation of our deceased was so appreciated. The communication from Dan and his staff was excellent - always succinct and timely. He also graciously tolerated multiple changes to the obituary ;) We were guided every step of the way, no guess work was needed on our part. All promises were delivered on, as well as exceeded. Additionally, we greatly appreciated that Gay & Chia didn't pressure us with upsells and Dan was straight forward with what was worth spending money on and what was not. Dan Ciha makes dealing with the death arrangements as pleasant as it possibly can be.

I highly recommend Gay and Ciha funeral home. My family and I were fortunate to work with Dan Ciha. His compassion shines in everything he does. He walked us through all the details and answered all of our questions. He has an amazing ability to make you feel stronger just by entering the room. He knows how to set the tone and manage the environment. The funeral home is tasteful and comforting. I cannot recommend Gay and Ciha enough.
