Hey BestBuy...you need to train your Geek drivers the rule that they yield to pedestrians in walkways...we almost were ran over by one of your drivers on East Post road, who by the way didn't even try to stop!...and I had to pull my dogs back to avoid being hit...

I had geek squad scheduled to replace the gasket seal around my freezer door. A week later it got replaced in a very poorly fashioned manner. It was worse than what it was before! The service tech left and now it will be another week and a half before the same guy can return to try to fix it. I spent 64 minutes on hold trying to schedule with 1-800 geek squad for a repair of their prior installation. Completely unacceptable and upset that I was on the phone for over an hour just to talk to somebody to get it scheduled. The first 45 mins Of waiting on hold was due to the fact that I kept getting transferred to the wrong department on their behalf which each department was a 15 to 20 minute wait. Then I got upset and finally got transferred to the correct appliance department and which in a matter of 10 minutes I was able to get somebody scheduled although we can a half is an on except a bowl duration of time to get it replaced. I have hundreds of dollars worth of food that is thawing out in the inside of my fridge is frosting over which will only result in further damage. This is a simple issue with getting a proper seal with the gasket around the door they can turn into a much bigger issue in which they were not correct or honor any further damages. It’s not my problem that they can’t do it right the first time and that they can’t get somebody out here in a more timely fashion to fix it again might I add!
They backed up my failing hard drive, installed a new one into my laptop and then reset it up with my information. Took four days and i set up the appointment to pick it up when i dropped it off. The tech support service they offer covered all the cost except for the actual hard drive, had a great experience with Travis and chris
I scheduled a cleaning for my computer, and within an hour and a half I was in the store and it was done, and done well. It is not overheating and they even cleaned it up on the outside too, it's all shinny. I appreciate this service to maintain the longevity of my device.
I bought my printer at Best Buy. Geek Squad won't answer their phone. Tried during the day and at night. I want to know if they have a part. Guess I'll call a different repair shop.
Rude! Can't get their prices straight, between 2 people there's a 100 difference. No thanks, will go somewhere else
