This is for the Capitola CA location - I called every phone extension to reach an actual person and they were all ring no answer. I called Sales, Geek Squad, Appliances, they would all just sit and ring then hang up. I finally got through on my 6th call to appliances (20 minute hold music.before I hung up. I was calling because I never received an an email for a pick up order I placed in their store... Can you design a system that's less responsive...? Don't buy from them unless you want to walk in and talk to stressed out staff dealing with non tech savvy people all day. Looking for minimal effort here - not helpful in the least...

After three other “Expert” companies attempted to solve our internet and WiFi issues I called GeekSquad on a whim and prayed for the best, in less than 90 minutes from the arrival time I had all issues resolved, including bungled installation issues by previous installers, everything is working perfectly ! My extreme gratitude to Devin and GeekSquad for surprising me with a huge smile, masterful knowledge of his trade and an all around wonderful experience, I will only use him in the future !

Horrible. I spoke with a lady named Cecelia -- when she couldn't resolve my issue, she refused to let me speak to her supervisor and would not help me further. I own several computers and appliances from Best Buy but will not purchase products there again.

We bought a computer recently at Best Buy & have brought it in several times to Geek Squad. We received wonderful help that we needed, very friendly & professional. Alex was the employee that helped us, but we are confident that the entire staff is all very good.

Is there a way to give it less than one star? I took my Apple computer in to get it fixed because I had the "white-screen-of-death." The first time I took it in they told me they couldn't do anything right then because they needed a reload disc because my hard-drive had malfunctioned, and to bring it back as soon as I got that.. I brought it back and they told me it would be 130 to install this onto my computer... I could have done it myself... They told me it would be ready the next day. The next day they call me and tell me that my hard drive was fried and that I needed to have that fixed, so I came into the store and they charged me another 125 for a hard drive. Again I was "promised" that my computer would be fixed by today and "worst case scenario by the next day." So I waited until the next day and called them. They said it still wasn't cooperating and that they would call me back in 2 hours to tell me if they had success or not (this was at 9:00am when they opened.). I did not receive a call back from them by 6:30pm so I decided to call them and ask what was going on. They told me my Logic Board was screwed up and best case scenario it would be another 300 on what I had already paid... I said screw it, give me my money back and I'll take it to the Apple store to get it fixed... Expecting the worst and thinking it was my Logic Board, I took it in today only to find that it was NOT the Logic Board, but the cable on my hard drive and it only cost me 56 and was fixed in a little under 2 hours. Apple told me if it was the Logic Board they would send it in and EVERYTHING that was broken or in need of repair on the computer would be replaced/fixed for 330.Please don't be scammed by Geek Squad... I feel like they just wanted my money. Take it to an actual Apple store to get any Apple products fixed.

I just wanna say that today was horrible because as I was driving to school some dude from your company didn’t want to let me pass to merge onto the freeway I wasn’t even gonna stay on the line of the freeway I just wanted to go in the freeway to get out on freedom and this guy gets so piss because I merged in front of home so what he does is he tries to hit me with your Best Buy geek squad car so I can get out of the line Knowing well that there is traffics from Watsonville all the way to the fish hook so I don’t know why he got mad knowing he is in a freeway where cars are obviously going to take different routes and are going to merge onto the freeway the only reason I merged in because cars are coming at a full speed if they’re aren’t paying attention to what they’re doing they could hit me so I merge as quickly as I can as soon as I see a space but no this guy got mad and was trying to push me out of the space knowing there are car next to me I can’t move to another lane and he kept on pushing with his car Iit was with his Best Buy geek car almost hitting me and as I was driving I was thinking is this how he treats people at work rudeness , inconsiderable , selfish ? He litrarley crosses the shoulder line to beat me I wasn’t going to stay there I got out at freedom but you should really talk to your employees because the sad part is that he was driving your geek squad Best Buy veichle. Well I hope he learns to be patient when he’s on the road.

The worst. Shop amazon. Geek squad are a bunch of kids that barely know how to turn on a computer. Terrible service. Its just a waste of time. Go anywhere else.
