Only time I had to deal with geek squad was an surprisingly painless and smooth transaction. Work was done above the quality I thought it would be and faster too.

Try to make an appointment, good luck. Every time I had them out the solution was to buy more equipment because they couldn’t fix the problem. Then you’re on the hook to install it yourself or have then back out.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They couldn’t repair my phone after 1/2 hour of trying and said they put a request in to apple and would call me back the following day. They never called and when I tried calling them, someone would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Called the customer service counter and phone rings and no one answers. Tried multiple times. Finally got through on the main number and asked to speak to the store manager. I explained to him of not hearing back from the geek squad representative as promised and the customer service and geek squad phones are never answered. He said he would personally hand them a note to call me as soon as they were available. Never got a call. I’ll never step foot in a Best Buy store again

When a customer asks you back up their 2 game files when transferring data, it's not that hard. You only had to copy the files, which were right there in programs. But no, you couldn't manage it.

They will rip you off and take your money before you can blink. All on top of their terrible customer service.
