Somehow scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance for them to say the can only do 2 out of 4 speakers after calling me to come in early 3 hours before my appointment plus inside best buy they said my amp was included in the install but geek squad said that employee has no idea what he was talking about very upset with there business

My Apple Watch crashes a few days ago. I tried to fix it myself no success. My Co-worker tried also but no success either. I went to ATT at the mall to see if they can help fix it. They didn’t even try and look at the problem. The guy said I have to take it to the Apple store. I ask where the nearest one he said Concord. Okay!!!!....that is just not an option to far for me to drive. He finally suggested Best Buy they sell Apple products. I will never recommend anyone to go to ATT store at the mall ever. Thank goodness I went there. They were very helpful. A sale lady helped me first. She tried her best but couldn’t get it to work. An Asian guy heard us and came over I think his name is Gary. I asked him if he can help me fix my watch he said no problem. This guy is a genius. It only took him a few minute to get it back and started. The downloading took a while but the thing I’m trying to say is this man took the time to help me out. That is excellent customer services. I highly recommend him. If anyone needs help ask for this person Gary.
The service went down hill over the years. They appear reluctant to see anyone that comes to their desk. I had an appointment arranged by phone, and was suggested to wander about the store until the precise minute of my appointment. The person, who addressed himself as "agent...something" claimed that he would be forced to fill out ten minutes worth of paperwork if he were to see me 4 minutes early. No paperwork was filled out due a cursory look over of my laptop where he determined that my laptop was fine. I continue to have issues with my Wi-Fi drivers following last Wednesday's appointment. I've emailed a complaint about it and shared the the incident on various blog sites. Choose wisely.
