I gave 4 stars because owner does need to communicate with the customer more. My Samsung (65in) went out over a month ago. The sound played but picture would not show due to lightning; they advised it was the motherboard. The part was on back order, which was not conveyed to me in a timely manner. However, once the part came in, it was replaced and my tv works fine. They were very courteous. I would definitely use them again.

I am rating 5 only so people can read BEWARE complete BS artist. Don't let him in horrible doesn't know technology complete fraud. He repeated that's what I do several times. Save yourself time and request some one else
This guy is writing his own positive reviews for his service. I called to inquire about repairing my TV to which he said and agreed to do for a set price. He was to come by and fix it the next day. It has been 10 days at this point and has not been cooperative in coming back to repair my TV. I have called many a times to schedule and see what the problem is and have been met with "I'll be there tomorrow" and yet no one has showed up or called back. I sure as hell wont be using his service and you should think twice before giving him a call.
This guy is NOT RELIABLE and makes up his own reviews. BEWARE
Had my TV Repaired May 22,2016. It is still working, no problems. JT was pleasant and was able to repair my TV within an hour. Highly Satisfied!
My Samsung Plasma TV stopped working, and just kept clicking popping when I tried to turn it on. JT, the owner, came out to my house to diagnose the problem, on a Saturday. Identified the issue, but needed to take TV back to the shop for the repair. He returned with the repaired TV 2-HOURS LATER! Amazing!! On a Saturday even. They warranty their work for 90 days, and they were very professional, but easy to talk to and work with. Highly recommend.
Jt found a part for my tv that wasn't available until 3 days. I told Jt that's ok but he still searched to get it earlier. Everything went smoothly. I recommend going to Jt to get your TV repaired.
Asked for a quote and the guy emails me back "Not worth it". What the hell kind of answer is that!? Guess it's not worh my business either.
