J&R Herra installed a new furnace in our home on 1/22/2021. The level of service from this company is exceptional. The phone call to the company is answered promptly, service and installation technicians arrive on time, are courteous and knowledgeable about the systems they are working on, keep the homeowner informed and are respectful of the costs associated with their service. We have used many companies over the years; I will never use another company or recommend any company other than J&R Herra for service or maintenance in my home. Thank you for a job well done each time you come to our home.

I can't speak highly enough of J & R Herra and their employees; from my first phone call with office staff to the men who came to my home to do the work, I experienced professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I primarily was having laundry changed from the basement to the first floor but also had some minor electrical work done. As they ran into a couple of concerns, these were explained to me thoroughly and I was given choices of how to proceed. They also came across some things my home inspector had presented as concerns when I purchased my home which I had not told them about. They found the same things and explained the same concerns, giving me the option whether or not to fix them. Everything was completed with excellence and at considerably less than a well respected competitor. I am so glad my daughter recommended them to me. I will continue to use them for many of my home needs and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I love this company and I'll tell you why. They are priced right - They are always professional - They answer the phone and actually call you back when needed. More important though are their employees that actual came out to my house. I had multiple plumbing issues lately on my 18yr old home. John was here today and I ran to do this review. He was on time - He was super thorough - He explained so much to me - He actually wanted me to ask questions!! All service type business should have people like Dennis and Jeff and use J&R Herra as the model of how to do things right! Thank you John and Thank You J&R Herra!

I recently had some plumbing and HVAC needs and didn't care for who I was using so I called J & R Herra. I'm so glad I did because they exceeded all my expectations. They have great service and office help, almost immediate 24 hr service call back, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable service men with fully stocked trucks and are expanding into a number of other services beyond what I used them for. Our water heaters went out- from the very first phone call they were patient with all of my questions. We’re able to get us scheduled quickly. Install day- heavy snow falling - tarps were put down to cover all touch points. Explained the new heaters n how to maintain their life. Thank you !
