Over 20 years I have come here. I worked across the street on and off since 97. I have probably eaten here over 100 times. It's always great. I get the egg drop soup and always use 2 bowls when I go. One bowl for meat the other bowl for veg's. Must try if you have never been here before.

Genghis Khan has been around many years and it's been awhile since I've gone there. We went on 2/27/21 around 230 p.m. You must check your forehead temperature upon entering using a device on the wall. Plastic food handling gloves and hand sanitizer is located at the front end of the buffet, however I observed several patrons by-pass both and staff does not monitor usage. After filling bowls with raw protein and vegetables, you add spices using ladle that everyone uses. I did not observe any sanitizing of the ladle or other utensils at the buffet. There did not appear to be empty tables separating different parties for social distance. The food was just okay, nothing special. The hot & sour soup was good; salad was okay but dressing was watery and tasteless. Our server was slow and not helpful at all. I will not return to this restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful staff and food, and had the additional benefit of seeing your food while cooking. Has lamb, crab, beef, chicken (leg and breast) and pork meat avalible, plus a whole bunch of sauces and veggies.

This place has been serving amazing food since the 90's. I miss the soft serve machine. Food is great and service is excellent.

All time favorite restaurant! Been going here for over 20 years and never disappointed. BBQ Bowl is fully customizable with vegetables, meat, and sauces before being grilled on a massive round grill. Every time I go, my bowl is slightly different (but delicious every time). Sesame bead and rice are served to the table. Everything is very authentic. I recommend taking whatever bowl you create and stuffing the bread with its ingredients like a hot-pocket. Cheap, filling, and delicious. Highly recommend to anyone in Hampton Roads.

My husband and kiddos went here on our Spring break. My husband,while in the military had been here so many times and had recommended this place alot. We finally had a chance to go and I'm glad we drove almost 6 hours for this place. It is well worth it. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. If you are in the area or a close drive you won't be disappointed.

Awesome food and a great price. Very clean and they have a thermometer attached to the wall. You just step up and it reads your temp. Following all safety protocols. I came here before the pandemic and loved the food then, but they have completely remodeled the place. Fantastic place, will return.

Always liked this home town location. Been here for decades. It's uniqueness and self serve type hibachi is probably what helped it last so long. As well as the professional stir fry cooks skill of perfectly done food.
