I would highly recommend Hill Country Audiology, mainly because of the no pressure, but very informative education of the new technology of the hearing aids. I found out 2 weeks before the end of the year that my insurance benefits had changed and would now pay for hearing aids! After talking to a couple different places that either couldn't get me in or couldn't file in time, Dr. Richburg and Dr. Pennell both worked with me to get me the industry's best hearing aids for my needs. They were able to fit me in around the holidays and filed with insurance before the end of the year. They took time to explain the new app, the new features, and to make sure I was comfortable with the new pair. They both are very professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. And let's not forget Leslie at the front desk! Amazing staff, amazing care, amazing experience. I will definitely return for mine and my family's hearing needs. As well as recommend everyone check them out!
