Note to all customers: do NOT use this company if you want blinds done right and on time. Please learn from our mistake and don’t press “call.” I did my diligence on several other companies and I went against my better judgment in using a company that had no reviews, but I liked the salesperson and was assured the timeline/product would be impeccable. If not, they promised me a discount at the end (which still hasn’t happened). Here’s an idea as to how this turned out: Georgia Window Fashions & Terrance - Erica (your only other review) is my wife and I know that you have my name on record as a customer. In fact I’m a customer that patiently waited 2 months and paid 3k for blinds when all you do in the process is act like a broker. You do none of your own manufacturing, your customer service line is an answering service, and you even subcontract with an installment company to finish the job. We were promised a 4 week turnaround and after it took 8, you still proceeded to charge my card the remaining 1,500. I called and texted you 10 times to try and find resolution and you still haven’t called me back. You clearly don’t care about your customers as it’s 2 months later and I still haven’t received a call back regarding financial resolution. It’s not fair to charge someone full price when you took 2x as long. I’m sorry but this is the only option you’ve left us with and others need to be made aware.

I’m only giving one star because the site won’t let me give zero. Do NOT use this company- the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. No one calls you back and after waiting for EIGHT WEEKS for our blinds they finally arrived. They are not the quality that we wanted and we were told the blinds would be here in 4 weeks. We lived with paper blinds for two months in our new home and are NOT satisfied with spending over 3k on false promises. Stay away.
