Right before Christmas, we stopped in here to pickup an IPHONE 11 for my daughter. We were greeted by a store rep, and he proceeded to help us with what we came in for. We eventually settled on a color, but he mistakenly thought he had it in stock...No Big Deal right? People makes mistake. Then, we proceeded to getting it order and shipped to our house, since the color my daughter wanted wasn't available in store. Several days later, a rep arrive at our house with the new phone. This is after it got rescheduled due to whatever reason it was. During the rep's visit, we learned that our plan no longer have device protection. We also learned that during our visit to the store, this store rep added only \one phone\ protection and have removed our \all phone\ protection coverage, which was something we have had since being with AT&T. Basically what this sums up to is our phone bill went up drastically with this simple upgrade but we no longer have coverage on the rest of the devices active on this plan. I attempted to call this store back several times and inquire about the mistake, but they never pick up, or return any calls. I call AT&T customer line several times but the wait time was excessive of 30 minutes and I have not gotten the chance to call them back. Overall, I am extremely disappointed at the rep and this store. AT&T is never known for great customer service. I don't know why we keep our service with them...

Weekend staff is reduced to ONE representative who doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in. This store needs to have more weekend help. As we waited, we saw 3 customers come and go as they did not want to wait like us. Saving grace of the review was that Bray was amazing and extremely helpful. Worth the wait!

My wife and I went into the store in early October to get a phone plan through AT&T. We ended up working with a customer service representative who we came to find out was very incompetent and wildly misrepresented the prices and promotions AT&T had to offer. A couple weeks later, we received our first bill summary and it was wildly different that what we were told. After talking to AT&T customer support and being told to contact the store I called 3 times and stopped on 1 time requesting to talk with the manager, Raz, over the following two weeks. Each time Raz was unavailable, I left a message with a representative and was told he would get back to me. He has yet to call me back, a month later. Needless to say, the service at the retail location has been awful. What’s worse is I have been in contact with AT&T customer support and they have been dragging their feet to resolve the issue. Two weeks after my initial call they have nothing more to tell me. Terrible retail location and the entire company has been frustrating to work with. No one is willing to take responsibility and do what’s right. Go somewhere else for your cell phone service, you will be very disappointed by this company and location.

This store does not know what they are talking about. I stopped in today to do a trade in like the Att website states I could do. I bought my new phone at Best Buy so he said I had to do the trade in with them. This is not true- if the actual ATT website says I can take to a retailer I am pretty sure I should have been able to complete the trade in with him. Seems like a manager not wanting to do much work.
