Staff here are nice. Called about violin I rented for my sister during the months of covid, said they would freeze the payments and I can return when stores open back up. My boyfriend had returned the violin for me but got charged 3 times. Called music arts and they said I missed the deadline and that they had emailed me 3 times so they unfroze my account and charged me for the months I had the violin even though it was covid time and the stores were closed. I never received an email from them about a deadline to return the instrument, I only get updates and news letters if you subscribe to the emails. So now apparently there’s nothing I can do about it. Like I said staff are nice but over all I wouldn’t rent anything from them again.

Extremely disappointed from the lack of customer service. I waited out in the rain for 30 mins because the sign on the door says it open at 10am. Then finally when an employee showed up she cracked the door open and said, \We open at 11am...see you then\ with a smile on her face as she closed the door in mine. I would def. go anywhere else but here

I helped my brother pick out his first guitar here, and the experience was great! The customer service was great, and so were the prices. This is the only place where you can buy a Squier Bullet Strat for 160! My brother ended up buying the Squier Bullet Stratocaster Pack for 220 and everything was perfect! It was already set up and tuned, there was not a single scratch, and the amplifier worked really good. We ended up buying a wall mount for 15 to hang up the guitar. I would definitely reccomend this store to a friend and I'm planning on buying from here again.
