Doug makes sure everything is working as it should and they even wash your car for you! We are a repeat customer because of the terrific level of service.

Outstanding customer service! Key, my sales associate went beyond the extra mile. I only left my bed (after a car accident) twice because he did it all. He brought the car to me for a test drive, got the inspection sticker registered the car, put on the plates and delivered a sparkling clean car with a full tank of gas to my house. I signed on the dotted line and was off in my new car. AMAZING! I got a great deal (price) on a nearly new car. I will NEVER go to another dealer. Gervais was recommended by a friend and now I highly recommend Gervais( especially Key) if you want VIP service and a great car.

When I arrived at Gervais Lincoln Doug greeted me and within minutes My car was brought in for routine service. In minutes I said Hello to John Martin the sales manager, and don’t ask me how it happened I’m negotiating a lease/ purchase on a new Navigator! Oh well great team in Lowell MA Bob DeMoura
