My wife and I took an anniversary trip to Gettysburg, and we wanted to get a couples massage. We happened to find Body Wise online, and one quick phone call was all we needed to decide to go with Julie. In a world filled with people looking out only for themselves, it was refreshing to deal with someone so willing to listen and care as much as Julie. She happily offered local advice on the best places to eat and went out of her to pay special attention to any muscles giving us trouble. Aside from her extremely amiable persona, she is a seasoned massage therapist who is very good at her trade. The massages were honestly the best that my wife and I have ever had. We highly recommend anyone looking to look no further than Julie at Body Wise!

I was passing through and looking for a massage for some me time and Julie helped me work through several trouble spots utilizing massage therapy and reflexology which helped me feel freer and refreshed!
Julie is wonderful! I was out of town, staying in nearby Emmitsburg, and was dealing with some numbness in my arm and leg. I called and spoke with my chiropractor back home and he said to be sure to find someone that does sacral cranial therapy that would have a lighter touch and not just be the standard type of massage therapist. I researched various places in the area and decided to give Julie a try! She took the time to get to know me in order to best treat my issues! I suffer from bruxism and my jaw was the most relaxed that it had been in years! Do no hesitate to give her a call!
