I cannot comment on the quality of a finished guitar case, because I never received the custom case I ordered in January 2017. They said it would take about 5 weeks to construct. I followed-up ion April 11 and they said they hoped to ship it by the end of the week. I inquired as to the status of the case on June 29 and September 6 and received no replies to my emails. As of 10/23/2017, I have not heard anymore news. Glad I did not put a deposit on this order. Their customer relations are not up to snuff, sorry to say.

Spoke to G&G on the phone first re a custom case. They said i could come down and chat about it, which i did today. Mike the owner was very friendly, laid back, and super helpful, as was his right hand lady who's name i cant remember (sorry, my bad). They fixed me up on the spot with a beautiful case that will totally work for me, (so that i didnt have to wait for a custom case to be made), at a very resonable price. They even cut a piece of foam that i needed at no extra cost. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty. I can only HIGHLY RECOMMEND G&G. Thank you very much. TJ.
