Great selection of new carts. Good selection of used carts. They were slow to deliver and they could do a little better detailing before delivery, but overall a good experience. Apart from the so-so detailing, my only complaint was scheduling delivery of my cart. It seemed as though there was always an issue (someone was sick, the detailer is new, we didnt know it was supposed to be delivered today, etc) ... but, once I finally took delivery, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and the price I was given. They just need to streamline their process a little better. I suppose that's the price we pay. Good price average service. I'd go back again, but more prepared to face the slow process.

Dana and I were looking for a 4 passenger golf cart to basically run around the cart areas of Winter Garden. Giant Specialty was the first place we stopped. Our sales rep Colby was outstanding. He answered all of our questions, offered suggestions and was helpful in every way. We thought we were just kicking tires but now we own a really cool EZGO Valor-Kawasaki gas engine, 4 passenger vehicle. They were negotiable price wise and offered a great customer service approach. Best part is they bolted on the accessories and delivered the vehicle ASAP to thrill a 14 year old. First class operation!

Precision Contracting

Very honest and friendly staff! I found a cart online they were selling as a \fixer up\. I was traveling a couple hrs to pick it up so they sent me extra pictures and were very clear that it had some problems such as the brakes didn't work at all and the cart had more than normal rust and they told me about all the issues so I didn't drive all the way for no reason. They were VERY professional. After the long drive I was pretty tired and didn't notice they had charged me like 400 ish extra. I called them the next business day and explained they charged me more than they were asking online for it. They credited my card back with no questions even though they have my signature agreeing to the price and all. Very upstanding people, you can tell they have character so I would Highly recommend them to anybody in the market!!!
